Refund policy

Our garments are all on a made-to-order basis, specially handcrafted for you.

  • Every piece is custom-made, designed specifically for you, and cannot be resold. This means that once an order is placed, it cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • However, if you need alterations, of the stitched piece with us ,  we are happy to do so , within the capacity of the garment and also of the company.  


Items purchased from Designs by Mann are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • Since all garments are personalized or made-to-measure, we do not offer exchanges or refunds.


Once an order is placed, we do not offer cancellations.

  • Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed. If any cancellation is approved at our discretion, a cancellation charge may apply.


Designs by Mann will make all reasonable efforts to accommodate any change to an order but cannot guarantee this.

  • If you request a change to an order, we will try to accommodate it but may charge an additional fee depending on the changes.


The garment(s) purchased in stores are hand-embroidered and hand-finished.

  • Due to the delicate nature of our garments, slight imperfections like disintegration of embellishments or pulls in fabrics like silks  or georgette are normal and not considered manufacturing defects.


MADE-TO-ORDER & ALTERATIONS

Made-to-measure items and alterations are custom-made and not eligible for cancellation or refunds.

  • Once customized orders or alterations are processed, they cannot be cancelled or refunded.

In case of any fitting issues, our garments have a margin of 2” inch or more for easy alterations.

  • Customers can alter garments at their end. If additional alteration is needed, we can assist for an extra charge, including shipping fees.


QUALITY CHECK

We conduct a strict quality check before dispatching your order.

  • Each product is checked thoroughly before leaving our warehouse.

  • Images of the quality check are stored for 24 hours after delivery to you.

If you receive a wrong item or find a genuine manufacturing defect, contact us within 24 hours.

  • If there is an issue, email us at support@designsbymann.com or call us at +91 9000909966 within 24 hours of receiving the product.

  • After 24 hours  of the product delivery ,  we will not entertain any product defect related calls, the piece will considered sold and in no manner wit be available for exchange or refund thereafter. 

  • Within 24 hours , if the call regarding the product defect reaches us , we  will try to find the best possible  solution in favor of the customer. 


AFTER SALES SERVICES

Designs by Mann offers after-sales services on clothing and accessories.

  • Contact us, and we’ll examine your product to advise you on the best repair or alteration options.  Repairs & Alterations will  be subject to  additional charges.


CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

Customers must collect finished articles within 30 days of being informed.

  • If garments are not collected within 30 days, they may be disposed of unless prior consent is obtained.

Ownership of the garment passes to the customer only after full payment is made.

  • Until the payment is completed, the ownership of the product remains with Designs by Mann.


CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Keep your garment safe from water, perfumes, and direct contact with other embroidered items.

  • Store your garment in a separate cover to prevent damage.

  • Always use a reputed dry cleaner to avoid any mishaps during cleaning.


DELIVERY & FITTINGS

The customer  is  entitled to  maximum of  3 fittings or 2 alterations for tailored garments.

  • Fittings will follow this schedule:

    • First trial at the time of  delivery.

    • Second fitting 15 days later.

    • Third fitting 16 days after the second fitting.

We typically deliver made-to-measure garments within 6- 8  weeks.
